8 years ago, he walked in single, and it just clicked. We knew of each other however never really communicated. Something about him always pulled me in, the universe I guess is what some people can say or me ha-ha, but it was faith. I knew 3 months in he wasn't going anywhere when he stood by myside through my worst part of life. He has been there since. He says ditto ha-ha. She just wasn't allowed to go home once she stayed the first night.

I can't say enough about this girl! ESPECIALLY without crying about how I truly feel about her. No one will ever walk into my daughter's shoes, but this girl has come so close, and I can't wait to call her my stepdaughter.

A man that likes his wine and of course my daughter Desiree. He has been one of the best things to enter our family as he continues to give in kindness and love.  Wait for his voice to sing us all a tune as the night goes. I am more than honored he will stand beside me as family on our day.

Wedding Party

Some know our style, and some know our venue, however this is a black-tie affair. We do ask that everyone wears something semi formal. Women it will more than likely be a hot evening as August is more in the 80 plus cooling off in the evening around 60-70. A beautiful summer dress with heels/wedges and men dress pants with a button shirt. We aren't telling you what to wear just giving you an idea. Look at our place as an Enchanted Forest

For those that are traveling, we will have accommodations for pick up at the airport if needed and a few vehicles for use if needed as well. Just keep us posted.

Transportation if needed will be Uber or Lyft if you're not renting a car. We will have one car available to someone flying into town available (seats 6) We have a limo bus on Sunday for the Wine tasting. Thursday we will have other transportation that evening for Edgefield and to downtown area also if needed. Please contact Cami to set up.

Q + A

This hotel is up the street to the venue. However, it's nothing exciting or fancy. If you want the cozy stay but close, this will do. Make yourself at home in one of the 45 air-conditioned rooms featuring refrigerators and microwaves. Wired and wireless internet access is complimentary, while 40-inch flat-screen televisions with satellite programming provide entertainment. Bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and desks, as well as phones with free local call

Best Western Sandy Inn

This hotel is a very popular summer destination. They will book fast so please keep that in mind. We will most likely be meeting here at one point over the wedding weekend for drinks and/or brunch. This is one of the better hotels as far as what is close to our property. It has a lot of history of being haunted and much more. There are restaurants, bars, wine tasting, golf, spa/out door heated soaking pool. It is a great place to stay. Please be mindful when booking as most rooms share common bathrooms unless otherwise noted; if you book certain rooms/suites there are private bathrooms.

McMenamins Edgefield

This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of downtown Portland. While it is 30 miles from the wedding venue it is a beautiful stay and has so many fun attractions near by. Located 12 miles from Portland airport. The bride and bridal party along with a few other guests will be staying at this hotel. Bachelorette Party 

The night before "I DO" we want to spend with you! Come join us for drinks on the grounds of Edgefield, we will meet at the Lucky Staehly's Pool Hall grab a drink and a small bite and walk the grounds. There is so much to see at the Edgefield along with finishing off with a glass of wine at their own winery. 5-8pm as the bride needs her beauty sleep.

We want anyone and everyone to feel free to come back to our Barn and continue the party. We will have the bar open, food to bbq and dance our night with family and friends.
